Now thats real...and i respect that.
I'm not someone that everyone can like or enjoy from a musical standpoint.
But I was aware of that when I got into this in the first place.

I try not to beef too often because my past experiences have taught me that it just takes me away from makin real music. Here I wanna make music for hip-hop heads, but then I get beefin and start makin diss tracks and all that does is take me away from my original "musical intentions".

So I don't mistake the two. I don't drop diss tracks unless it has to come to that point. But other artists...I just tell them to do what they feel needs to be done. As long as it serves their future the best.

I remember'd that you said that.

And got to thinkin...
...nah, that can't be right.

So I looked up your boy Matt...or "Majik" up on myspace, and these are the current numbers...

http://www.myspace.com/younglatinlyricalgenius

"Majik Touch" - Total Plays: 11,688
------------------Total Profile Views: 9,418
------------------Total Friend/Fan Count: 691

Compared to

http://www.myspace.com/kursedrecords1

"Kurse" - Total Plays: 343,942
----------- Total Profile Views: 61,182
----------- Total Friend/Fan Count: 5,691

When it comes to the music/artists pages...it's about numbers and popularity. And numbers never lie.

Just thought I'd point that out. So yea...he's nowhere near my numbers.

Still one of my favorite interviews to go back and read from time to time.
