He said 10-16 bars. He has 18 from what I counted. Is that justifiable that he said max 16, came with 18, and then won. He mad more shit to say and I stayed within the rules.

Don't know if it matters or not.

probably u can but i think u need an admin to do it and that will take about 4 years for that to happen. i got 2 battles i wanted re evaluated and not nothins been about it.
