I think Speakers is a good idea but I feel like it should be something monitored by multiple admins/mods for the sake of the quickest possible response times.

When I asked for someone to submit battle verse to I was told Speakers was a good idea because it was 2 or 3 people that didn't battle or write so wouldn't be influenced by anyone or anything.
