Talent is a subjective term – especially when the top artists in your particular genre are not always the most skilled.

The Atlanta born artist wanted to test the waters of the mainstream while appealing to more sensible fans of music in general. He did so by borrowing from Jazz, R&B and Rock on his first album The Adventures Of Bobby Ray that met critical and commercial success.

With only a couple months passing, B.o.B is already thinking about his upcoming sophomore effort The Ups And Downs Of Bobby Ray. All the while announcing recently that he will be the lead performer for Paramore’s 2010 tour that begins in November.

B.o.B also features in an Adidas commercial that is currently running with his single Magic. Needless to say a lot has happened over the past year for the award winning artist.

Kanye West is kicking off the marketing for his upcoming fifth album, which reportedly could be titled “Dark Twisted Fantasy”. I think most of us will be refreshed to just hear an album that isn’t all autotune. Here’s his first single off that yet to be titled project with Marco Brambilla as the director.

Also you might interested to know that Kanye West has taken Twitter by storm over the last week. Ironically the only guy that he is following isn’t his biggest fan.

“A guy wanted me to look at his film trailer and people have been sending me links to their music demos — as if I have some sort of influence over Kanye West. The funny thing is I like his music but I’m not his biggest fan,” Steve said.

Rufus Arthur Johnson, or Bizarre, will be releasing his third album on May 18th. He speaks on Proof, on his emotional track, with a feature from, none other than, Tech N9ne. It’s hard to take Bizarre serious, especially with the “rhyme schemes” that he uses, but this is a very real song for Biz. At the very least, the song has a feature from Tech, so listen to it.
