D12 who is reported to have an album out this years manager Jeremy Geffen, 35, has been charged with rape.
He is being held on over 1 million dollars bond.
Police say that the rapes took place at Geffen’s West Hollywood home and different nightclubs.
He faces 14 counts against him. Four different counts of oral copulation of a minor, two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, rape by use of drugs, rape of an unconscious person, oral copulation of an unconscious person,and sexual penetration by a foreign object.
His lawyer finds optimism “I strongly respect my client’s presumption of innocence. I like to think I specialize in cases of innocent clients, and that is why I am attracted to this case.”
