50 Cent has no stake in the flash advertisement, so he is suing the company who distributed the advertisement.
Someone from 50 cents management staff saw it on myspace and notified of him.
50 Cents representatives claim they are exploiting his violence history, as he was shot outside of his grandmothers house in 2000. Arguably one of the main reasons, he has enjoyed mainstream success.
