Even though Ja Rule’s locked up for a 2007 weapons charge and recently just received additional time for tax evasion charges. He has still planned far enough into the future to arrange two new singles, ahead of his soon to be released seventh studio album.

Ja rule rule’s latest album ‘Pain is Love II’ set to release this fall, will feature the singles “Real Life Fantasy” and “Black Vodka” with Ja linking up with legendary Hip Hop video director Hype Williams for the clip of the first single. Shortly right before being sent to prison it seems Ja Rule managed to complete mixing for his album ‘Pain Is Love II’.

Upon turning himself in and entering Rikers Island on June 8, Ja rule was arrested along with Lil Wayne on the same exact night in July 2007 in separate occasions after being pulled over for speeding on his Maybach. A handgun was found by police officials in a following search and in May, Ja Rule was handed a two year sentencing as a result.
While serving his sentence, Ja rule will keep in touch with his fans with tweets and letters attempting to remain involved with his fans as much as possible.

Pain Is Love II‘ is set to be released on Ja Rule’s own MPire Records imprint and distributed by Fontana/Universal.
