Tragic what I once loved is now a distant shade,

Sure I got some love but it's narrowed down to eight.
I can only promise that I will never change,
It's gotten me this far even though I’m kinda strange.
I settled for bronze but I'm golden in brains,
I'm a virtual murderer I'll kill you in games.
Why change my ways when it’s all so great,
Sure I might be numb 'cause there's never no pain.
Never no strain, so nothin ever gets in the way,
I could be the kind of hero that never saves the day.

Lemons poured on by the gallons, the worlds so unforgiving, but if life wasn't a challenge then it wouldn't be worth living.
