Key points
- Always start it on a Monday (or the day with the highest volume on the website)
- Double disqualifications for no-shows
- no shows will not be allowed to participate in the next tourney
- reward those who show up by advancing them
- take advantage of your standby's and those willing to participate.
Just a few ideas. This site has great potential and devoted members... it can survive.

let the newb take over this tourney then since you cant do much about it
dont make a tourney if you cant regulate it, people do take their time to do this. I can complain im a participant. Do your job. that very same newb had the same sarcastic reaction in my own battle lol.
and fuck this shit i quit this failure of a tournament advance ur boyfriend micz. this is the illest textcee tournament alright lol i dont give a damn what you say plex. Keep up the proud 4 years of work you got goin on here, how many tourneys failed in the 4 years? Be that optimistic person and do all the right things and maybe things will change. I'll be that bad member that complains about shit like this. i dont care.

i think you can still make something out of this tourney but after this round you need set a definite deadline for the next round and make it clear your going to enforce it, if you have to disqualify people do it and maybe itll motivate them to come correct next time you know, i think this tourney is a good idea to spark activity and you should do a follow also have you thought about doing like a little mag for it i think that might make it a little more interesting i would be willing to help too

we have in the past, yes...the problem is, I don't want to put my money into something that people aren't even willing to put their time into.

im not sure if u understood what i said, mag like not prize money like at the end of every round make a thread to recap what happened, talk shit on the people who noshow and the newbs, praise the vets, etc. idk ive seen that work on a lot of other sites

Sounds like a great idea. I love these type of ideas and always encourage them, but just because someone has an idea, doesn't mean I am the only one who can execute it.
