But Id Say That Hartford Is Pretty Gansta From What Ive Seen And Who Ive Met While I Was There... Tampa Has Is Areas Also With The Gangs Starting To Move In. Orlando Is Meeeeh... New York is Gansta.. Philly Is Ridden With Drugs As Well As Puerto Rico... I Think I Shall Visit The West Coast And Have An Opinion About That As Well
