Nah. You just have a soundcard confliction like Domino said. Uninstall the soundcards like I said.

right click on the things in sound devices

and remove the ones that have brand names

e.g, soundblaster, creative

I said look for brand names, don't remove things like audio devices

Apparently you don't have any sound devices installed. So I would go back to add hardware and go through that again

even if you go back to sound devices and try to install somethin and don't have the drivers it won't work... theres a website called driverguide.com get the name of your soundcard and type it in the search bar and try to download different drivers... see if you see ne results

Yah. Lawgix raises a great point. Driverguide would help if you knew the name of your soundcard but I figured you didnt.
