No i Think MISSING PERSONS Not Found in 7 Years Are Announced Dead.
i agree with letting him rest in peace, thats one of the reasons i let it go.
but it was considered a seven year theory for some reason i forgot tho lol
TOYH, i was also told that it coulve been that pac filed for the government protection agency where he changes his name and everything in his life and moved to some other place to protect him from getting killed again...idk tho
