I hope you people do realize that administrators can see people who are using multiple accounts.
I don't understand why anybody would want to use more than one account. If you want to recreate yourself then do it lyrically! You aren't going to get treated any different as a newb.

It's a lot easier to see who has multiple accounts than using a program.
