yeah, he's very lucky hes rich and famous, or he'd be fucked.
My brother was sayin he heard his new CD, or about it or some shit, and it's alot about how he's facing "hard time" and shit. Dude only got a year. He should be fucking happy. and I don't know what it's like where ever he's serving time (or what the deal with prosecutors was, it may be a term that he has to serve the whole thing, cause he got such a slap on the wrist), but here, he most likely wouldn't even serve the whole sentence, so he may even be out earlier.
Oh, and it was very nice of them to give him time to prepare. I'm sure they'd do the same for anyone! ha.
