Remote subject, whose stickin' close to substance
to far ahead, but still kept it locked, no one's coming
it's a theory, the mind has wiretaps from the ceiling
succumb to dealing, with a million and one mixed feelings
on the run, concealing facts and other well known trade off's
they say cop's are twisted, gangsters in shelltoe's base hop
shippin' outta Carolina, creepin' upstate for the next flight
grip is kept tight ensuring that nothing will get left...twice
the bell rings and a man steps in, questionin' each impression
there's a session, ring smokes in the air, then to the midsection
eyes shift from wall to wall, there's something funny here
the company here has a trick up it's sleeve, somebody jeers
releasing tension, still, there's reason for the inspection
you can hear sirens crying, screeching at the intersection
is it what it seems? and will there be some impending doom
one man left the room, the other stays, camera kept in zoom
no one moves, for some reason the voices start to heighten
frightened, one person jumps up to see what's going on inside...
then...another knock on the door, or was it a ring, who knows?
cuz all along, the loopholes in the room seem to be too close
the air filters out, and everyone in the room becomes filled with doubt
as time ticks down and the worlds seems to be at it's realest now
mumbles from each person seem to get clearer, a two way mirror
a man with a notepad jotting down everything that has appeared
3 men become one, the door never closes or opens, the knocks
become expressed by the seconds on the clock, ticking....tock
the person that had this feeling all along, was a recovering out patient
dealing with dreams of robberies, drug smuggling, it's about facing...
a inner mind, that paints pictures, time plays the factor to such
when your in a car wreck, you bladder is fucked, inner sanctum is rushed
to a stable condition, stuck in a coma....in a dream world, fatal is vision
when it plays tricks on you....now continue on....walk a trail that isn't
isn't....clear....because you may have failed the mission
