Ashes to ashes, blunt to roach, fragments tattered to shreds,
Pickin up pieces of broken souls shattered under the sledge,
But that's life, if it wasn't then you could never be dead,
Never be judged or see your life drained down to the dregs,
Will you be down to ingest an enemy's blood as it ebbs,
Like a wave assaulting the coast and meeting it's end,
The energy backstrokes, another wave is born to begin,
To flow as it is and die so another can live,
The cycle of being alive could never work without death,
There'd be no reason to breathe without a meaning for breath,
And no incentive to scream without you seeing the end,
There'd be no faith to believe without an equal for sin,
Why would I wanna be free if I was fated to live,
Why exist if my purpose never spurred me to win,
Why fight the fear urgin my voice to give,
Why question this, "You live once and never again."?
