This is our site... this is our tournament, so this decision is also ours.

Haz, has accused Kuhlerblynd of flipping, that he saw his verse, flipped it after knowing Haz took it down, and posted the flips first knowing Haz was waiting for him (Kuhl)... but Kuhlerblynd denies the accusation.

A.)
Haz, posted his verse thanksgiving night. Took it back down seeing Kuhl was not going to post. Several people do this, so it's nothing out of the ordinary.
SO THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE...

How did Kuhler know he'd post a picture? Haz says "see the thing is .. I haven't battled in how long... I battled Komatose and put NO pictures up what so ever"... so how did kuhler put that?
BUT...
I spoke to Kuhlerblynd and he was suprised and relieved at knowing Haz had a picture up, that he (Kuhler) was trying to take away any personals Haz might have right off the bat, and was relieved he posted first so he couldnt be challenged of flipping, BEFORE Haz accused him of flipping (Ironic really.) The tactic, is most famously displayed in 8 Mile, Rabbit... essentially clowns himself taking all the personals causing his opponent to be less effective. A common tactic.
Coincidence? Or Flip?

Haz has the right to accuse and Kuhl should be disqualified?

Haz may be over reacting, and this tournament should proceed foward regardless the accusations?

A lot of coincidences. In Murks defense, the last two could of been huge coincidences but I'm not really sure how you can justify the pic comment. Maybe he did it by accident or something.

IMO, the only thing seeming a bit suspect is the picture comment. HOWEVER....it doesn't autmatically mean he was feeding of your verse, etc. My guess is Kuhler new Haz had access to a picture and assumed he'd use it. And to Kuhler's defense, in a text battle allmost 99% of the time...if a picture is accessable it normally is used in or refered to in battles.

But i am not the decsision maker here...so yah.

as a side note, I predicted Enlightend was going to post a picture and I dropped my verse like 3 days before he did. I just did my research and knew Enlightend always digs for pics in battles

zackly... i want leeroy DQ'd... lol im just playing obviously... but on the "real" side of this i don't think he intentional flipped haz's shit... but if he did its haz's own fault... if he would have left his post up this wouldn't even be an issue...

nah lights got it right. once the verse was posted it shouldn't have been removed regardless of wether it happens frequently or not.

If you read the first bar of my battle verse against him, you will see where I attempted to block another 'personal' he might try to use, but he never said anything about it.

So, obviously I didnt see his damn verse.

He probably wrote is assuming the pic would be used since everyone and his mother has used that pic against Murk. I should probably start doing the same thing since everyone wants to use my 8 year old myspace page and picture against me.
