James Brown Has Died
James Brown was hospitalized with pneumonia, but he hopes to be able to perform again next weekend, his agent said.Brown, 73, was admitted on Sunday to Emory Crawford Long Hospital, said his agent, Frank Kopsidas of Intrigue Music. Sadly James Brown died today "As a prolific singer, songwriter, bandleader and record producer, Brown was a seminal force in the evolution of gospel and rhythm and blues into soul and funk. He left his mark on numerous other musical genres, including rock, jazz, reggae, disco, dance and electronic music, afrobeat, and hip-hop music". Quoted from his wikipedia.
