With today (March 9) marking the ten year anniversary of The Notorious B.I.G.'s death, SOHH.com spoke with his daughter Tiana as she reflected on the life of her father.

On March 9, 1997, the world lost Christopher Wallace AKA Biggie Smalls as he was murdered in Los Angeles in a case that has still yet to be solved ten years later. In a celebration of the rapper's life, Tiana Wallace gave her thoughts on her father and his legacy.

"'Warning' would have to be my favorite of my dad's songs. I just love the way that he could tell a story and make it so detailed and entertaining," she says. "My favorite [video] would be 'Juicy' because I was in it. When I watch it I can just see how much my dad loved me and how much he cared about me."

Though she was just a baby when she appeared in the video for "Juicy," 13 year-old Tiana is grown enough to have her own aspirations and is hoping to be a fashion designer when she grows up. She also enjoys art, a talent she says she inherited from her father, along with her appearance.

"I look like him, like exactly, and he could draw pretty good, like I can. He was drawing and designing his own tattoo [when he passed] with my name and my brother's name in it." While she may bear a striking resemblance to BIG, it's Taina's brother, 10 year-old CJ (Christopher Junior), who has everyone reminiscing of their famous father.

"He can rap like really good. He's still young, but if you were to put him in the dark and have him rap one of my dad's songs, you might think it was my dad. His voice sounds just like him It's scary"

While admitting that some of her peers are jealous of her being the daughter of a star, she says that the response from fellow students, friends and the public has been mostly positive. She also says that energy helps her to remember how much people loved Biggie.

"I get all different kids of responses, but for the most part people give respect. It makes me feel good that he did something so well that people feel like he was the greatest of all time. I know I'll be the greatest at something too," she says.

"I'd ask him so much [if he were alive]. I can't say just one thing. I'd tell him everything that's going on in my life and just tell him, 'I love you, I love you, I love you'. I'd be completely different if he was still here. I'd be spoiled probably," she told SOHH. "I don't think he'd still be rapping. Maybe still ghostwriting or doing movies, but 10 years is a long time and I think he'd be doing something else."

With so much attention being paid to the memory of her father and so many fans paying homage to him and his music, Tiana wanted to make sure that those who only knew Biggie through his music have a real knowledge of the person that he was.

"When you listen to my dad's music, you think that he was all rough and tough and from the streets, and he was, but if you knew him closer, he was totally different. He was always joking and laughing and sarcastic. He just...he just loved everybody."
