Miranda or no?

Apparently in the supreme court they are having a trial about whether they should keep 'Miranda' or not..(idiots: miranda is the court case that established the law saying cops have to read you your rights when they arrest you) what do u guys think?

Ofcourse we should have our rights read to us. Why shouldn't we...we deserve atleast that much. And hell...there's alot of people and young pups out there that don't know what their rights are...so it's only fair that they be recited to an individual so they know what they're getting into before doing something dumb such as incriminating themselves.
