Jog in the mornin, n eat right, but i do 3 days out the month where i dont care i dont run i eat what i want and just be lazy.

i run & workout every morning & every night, i don't eat fast food, "snack food" or frozen food thats saturated with shit, & i use alotta organic shit when i cook
