lol, well if he aint on anymore.... the topical title should be stripped and a interim topical title should be battled for....
dude shouldn't have it, if he aint/ cant defend it, know what i mean...

Well im happy enough to battle Arv, if he won the tourney..
but could mods etc, make a decision, in regards to the topical title?....
is it just gonna stay the same, is there going to b an interim title?

but first..... i want to know if the topical title is up for grabs or not... as you did win the last topical tourney.... so im wondering if an interim topical title will be issued (as the current holder of it can't/wont be able to defend it)
so i need an offical or moderator to make a decision...
