Hip-hop duo Capone-N-Noreaga have parted ways to allow the rappers to focus on their solo careers. Capone (whose real name is Kiam Holley) and Noreaga (whose real name is Victor Santiago) collaborated for nine years, achieving critical and commercial praise for 1997’s “The War Report,” before they had a falling-out in 2004. Shortly down the road they patched the rift in 2006 and went on to release two more albums, 2008’s “Channel 10” and 2010’s “The War Report 2: Report the War.”

Noreaga took to Twitter on earlier today to break the news to fans, saying the pair will always remain friends.
