when i was younger i got real bad ear infections
and when i lived over in italy when i was like 3
and my mom wanted tubes in my ear and the doctors wouldnt
because they said it would get better in time
well here to find out a couple years ago
i had a big ass hole in my ear drum
it was like the size of a dime they said (or sumtin like dat)
that happened because whenever id get swimmers ear or a bad infection in it
it ate away at my drum and fucked it all up
and one reason why ppl have speech problems is because they dont hear shit correctly
i cant pronounce R's that good because i heard it wrong
thats why i cant speak correctly
i went to the doctors last october and they said i needed surgery on it
in which i didnt think so because i could hear good outta it good imo
only difference i could tell is when i used it to listen on the phone with
and so the surgery was suppose to be an hr but before it happened they said it was worse than an 1 hr surgery so it was suppose to be a 2-3 hr one

but when i got in the O.R. it turned out to be a 5-6 hr surgery
i virtually had no ear drum they said just thin skin around the outside like a MM thick
i had to get a whole new ear drum they took out what was left of my old one
and than they took skin from my canal and put it over where it should be
and than they put the rest of my skin back in my canal

so that may answer some questions

I know alot of deaf people, and there's someone that's close to me that is legally hard of hearing...so I've had the opportunity to be in contact with various functions within the deaf community.
Some of them born that way...some of them became hard of hearing over time due to some medical reasons.

But I've watched people talk shit to D.S. tellin him to quit rap, talkin about him have a lisp...all sorts of shit. Well there's a reason behind it that the kid has no control over. And like he said...he doesn't want sympathy, but the least some people can do is atleast understand him.
He raps for fun. Becuz he likes it as a hobby. Not becuz he wants to do it for a living. But not being able to hear at the same db. level that we hear at comes to his disadvantage. hence why he may not be able to always ride the beat the way he should, or pronounce things as clearly.

Give lil homie a break. He's a good kid, an active member and has taken alot of shit when he didn't have to, let alone really deserve it. Hopefully now that he's been open and honest...assholes won't try to use that as a weak advantage.

the nature of lyrics allows them to also control your flow. so "your flow sucks" doesnt have to mean "you have no sense of flow", it can also mean "your lyrics suck and theyre ruining your flow".


you should bring out the best lyrics in you so people focus more on what you're saying rather than how you're saying it.

if it was freestyle i guess it was relevent most of the time..you should learn how to do transfers in your flo changing up your vowels helps for me..
