My site is not accessible
Description:
I am my own developer of my site. I've tried my best to optimize it. Its hard for me to really believe the problem is on my end though. When I come to siteground.com and get the same kind of crashes that I have reported earlier.
A different server at least to try something different would be great. If not I don't know what else to do
Hello Ian,
I've spent in about 15 minutes browsing in your website and there was no problem with it. But I'll highly recommend that you contact with a local developer and ask him to debug and optimize your website and I believe that everything should start work properly then.
And once it's optimized if the issue you experience still persist we can recommend you that we move your account to a different server.
If you need further help, please do not hesitate to contact us again by reopen this ticket.

Thank you for contacting our Help Desk.
Could you provide me with step by step instructions about how to recreate your issue on our end.. In addition provide me with an URL where you are receiving any errors?
Looking forward to your reply.

2006-12-01 08:59am by illestly - Any page that I go on to. Eventually I'll get this error.
The default error of not being connected and what not.
As I've explained a million times. This happens to everyone
on my site. This happens everyday. Every hour. I find it
crazy how everyone from siteground can go onto the site.
Then say that it doesn't crash. I'm really curious about
this.
Don't get me wrong. I appreciate all the time you
all have put looking into the issue. I've just ran out
of ideas. And it seems I'm running around and circles
with you guys. hmm..
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at illestlyrics.com.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Bon Echo is permitted to access the Web.
2006-12-01 10:21am by mark - Hello Ian,
Thank you for the update.
I have carefully investigated your case and ticket history. I have contacted our system administrators and they informed me that there is no limitation or outrages in the system that could cause such a connection problems.
Could you please get in touch with your ISP and see if they are not experiencing some kind of connectivity issues, as this is most likely the reason in 99% of these cases. Note, that this might be something temporary and as every temporary issue would have been resolved, hopefully, by the moment you are reading this ticket.
If you need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
