Tag Team Audio Tournament

So ILLEST I’d like to start a tournament that will last approximately 30 days from the start to finish.
It’s a Tag Team audio tournament which consists of an “ILLEST” producer and ILLEST emcee. ILLEST has quite a few folks that dabble in producing beats and recorded raps that I thought should be explored and give these guys a chance to shine in something other than text tournaments and battles. My plan for the tournament will run as such:
1st step: Sign up
Participants would be required to sign up as a Producer or Emcee (or both if they prefer) however, you may not pick the partner you wish to tag team with. That will be done in lottery form (to be discussed further down).

2nd step: Once sign up is completed Teams will be divided up and the tournament will begin with topical category based on “Reppin’ ILLEST” (this does not have to be the title of the audio, however the subject must consist of how the Emcee and producer represent the finest on ILLEST). At which time this thread should receive it’s own category if enough participants sign up. – 6 participants minimum required to run this.

3rd step: Lottery selection. I had to really think on this one, and this will require arbitrators. This tournament will have 3-5 non participant judges who will also hold 1 of 2 items. A spreadsheet of the participants with a number/letter beside their name and another number spreadsheet with just the numbers and alphabets will be privately distributed to two individual judges. The first judge will select a number and an alphabet and post it in the thread for this tournament. The other judge will then post the participants lottery number/alphabet. For example; 1st Judge selects #3 producer to work with letter “D” emcee. 1st Judge does not know who these folks are until “after” the 2nd judge posts the participants then ALL should see whom their matched up with. This should prevent “scheming” of match ups with individuals who have worked together in the past, but will not totally prevent them from having the opportunity to do so in this tournament. – Luck of the draw here.

4th step: Date will be set when all posts should be placed on the site. Participants will be allowed to post before the due date but not after.

5th step: Judges (who are not allowed to participate) will base their calls off of the following categories:
Quality (1-5)
Delivery (5-10)
Flow (5-10)
Beat Production (5-10)
Lyrics (1-5)
Hook (1-5)
Content (1-5)
All around production (5-10)
(if there are any catagories I failed to mention, please feel free to add on your suggestions)

Rules:
Emcee must have posted in the chambers prior to Jan 01 2010
Producer must have posted in the chambers prior to Jan 01 2010
Compilation cannot be a prior collaboration between the producer and emcee.
In the event that a producer who has signed up as an emcee (or vise versa) has been selected in the lottery to represent both, it is up to that individual to request a redraw to work with another individual. Otherwise, the individual is allowed to make his/her own audio.
Judges must be “Active” Admins or Moderators of ILLEST and non participants

Last but not least – The prize. Not only will the Tag Team hold the title and bragging rights, but I am personally offering the CD: “Jedi Mind Tricks - Army Of The Pharaohs: The Unholy Terror” to be ordered and delivered to the winners (and yes both will receive their own copy, and if you already own it.. sell it hell I don’t care). However, if you live in some un-godly place where shipping and handling will cost more than the cd… you can forget it, just be happy with the bragging rights!

What I'm saying Mass is that, for example if you and I were paired up.. we could not go back and use something we've already made before. The should be a "new" collaboration specific for this tourney. Never heard before beats with never heard befor rhymes!
