The Shop Is Working + New Rep System

I decided that the other rep system was to boring to use. So i put in this new one, it works like a vbulletin one. Where you give your own rep to someone. It puts a little image near your name. The bigger your star gets the more rep you got. Ect. You get sent a pm when you recieve new rep. I think its pretty ill. Tell me what you think when you get use to it.

Remember shadow and glow only work in internet explorer, on every site that has this.
