Dial Up Modem = Only Online When ur Computer is On After u Dial Up The Net.
Cable Modem = Online 24/7 UNLESS THERE'S A FAULT OR DISCONNECTION. MY CABLE MODEM ISNT AFFECTED BY COMPANY FAULTS OR DISCONNECTIONS BECAUSE I HACKED INTO IT AND CHANGED THE CONNECTION.
