No but seriously...everything from R.S. is "Radio Shack Brand" Don't buy something from someone who doesn't specialize in the production or manufacturing of that particular product. I know you might want to try to save yourself a few bucks, but trust me...you get your mic from there and your sound quality wil sound like you "tried to save urself a few bucks!" haha Know what I'm sayin?

I'd buy my power drills from Black & Decker...but if they ever came out with a car I'm afraid I'd have to pass.

Check it...do you have a Sam Ash Music store or Guitar Center around you? If you do...I'll check their sites and give you a link to a mic that'll plug into ur comp, but give you decent sound quality while still not costing an arm and a leg. Worst comes for worse...send me the money and I'll sell you one of my old mics.

But yea...no Radio Shack. Look at MXL Mics...Samson Mics...shit like that. You'll get the quality ur lookin for then.

want a good sound card...get an EMU 0404 USB its like 200 bucks...sexy ass quality...sounds great n records phenominally....or however u spell dat shit...lol...connected thru USB but shit is bannngin!...after i got it my sound quality jumped thru the roof...and it keeps u from having to open ur pc up to install da sound card...and its got XLR mic inputs wit da phantom power n wat not digital ins and outs midi ins n out and SPDIF ins and outs
