Lol Plex it wasn't a subliminal shot at you. Obviously it was inspired by your title but the whole Perception Is Reality is a view that's held by a lot of people so it wasn't a directed specifically at you

Depends on what sense you use the word reality. The way I see it is reality is life, death and actions that people carry out during their lifetime. I believe a perception is how someone understands reality or someone's actions. (their take on reality)

Eg. An afterlife either exists or it doesn't. But some people perceive that an afterlife exists and some people perceive that it doesn't. The fact is (or reality) is that it either exists or it doesn't. Both perceptions cannot be correct, Its impossible.

I get the whole point about your perception is reality but everything you believe will not be a fact or true. Kids believe in Santa. Its kinda the same principle as religion. When I was kid fuck God it was Santa I believed in. I perceived or understood he was real but he wasn't. DAMN! In reality Santa does not exist but I was influenced into believing that he did. So how can perception always be reality?

I know you`ll probably say if I believed he was real then it WAS my reality but that's where I disagree with you. I would say reality is reality, there is only one reality not individual realities. Its all connected. Im responding to your comment so we are part of the same reality. Call it abstract perception or whatever you like but at the end of day that's just a term someone has come up with. I wrote a verse-that is reality. People might say its good, Hazard might say its shit. The only reality is that I wrote a verse, the rest is all perceptions. Reality will not end with me. A reality will still exist after I die but my perception will not.

It is a reality that everyone has a perception. a perception is influenced by reality but also people telling lies and so i would say that a perception is not 100% reality

Anyway that my perspective on perception and reality. I could be talking a lot of shit but in a way that would prove my point because it would mean my perception is not reality
