I'm new. So set it up man. However, I don't shop online so I don't have a paypal. So if anyone else accepts and has paypal I'll back down and let them take the free money. Instead of 10 dollars I was wondering about 10 reputation points.

Actually you dont need anything to signup. . You would need to "add funds" from your bank account. And of course if you got money sent to you via paypal. You could spend that.

i was actually refferiing to myself allkillah, i just cleverly disguised it so as not to look stupid

Paypal is a secure company that helps you with your online transactions and make sure they go through safely , you enter your credit card number in your paypal account and only the company knows it (but theyre trusted). The guy sending you money should have a paypal account too , and it all works without any risks.
