The only other hip hop site that I was on besides Illest, my first hip hop site, I did something like that for.

(I didn't use Photoshop)

Its better to use a normal font, and MAKE it grunge, then to use a grunge font. Like the font you used, is a way way overused grunge version of the font "Impact". If you used regular Impact, and then used grunge brushes to MAKE it grunge, it would look much better, and more original.
