In the Mean Time

I'm working on another project that is taking up all of my mental energy so I took a break from it to drop this in the mean time:

Young Martin Luther King, I have a dream
to harass the regime; an undergrad with schemes
Passing classes with ease, making connections like puzzles
a network of trouble caused my direction to fumble
corrected and humbled, i've learned alot in my time
brought down in my prime, i rediscovered my mind
& uncovered blind eyes to discern truth from lies
I'm wiser than before, I have a goal in my brain
I enrolled in the game cuz I'm hotter than coals on a train
my heart & soul's in my sayings & since i've been on my own
my knowledge has grown...cuz in college you're prone
to acknowledge the drones that question beliefs
and infiltrate more homes than an infectious disease
a progressive MC trying to get a degree
my degree's in EE, my major's L-I-F-E
