voting on battles

battles not getting voted on seems to be an epidemic here, so maybe we should do what other sites do, and make it a requirement to vote on at least one battle everytime you start a battle, and then drop the link to show you voted

yeah, agreed. Each person in the battle should have to vote on atleast one other battle [probably two]

that used to be a rule vote on 2 other battles before ur battle or itll b locked n shit till it was done...but then it dissapeared and no one followed it...but that can be easily re-inforced...so ummm get some other people to either agree...or we can jst start it now cuz there like 5 open batlles wit no votes

bad idea it will encourage someone to vote on a battle he doesnt want to and votes will tend to be not so fair.

^not really. thats how it works on every other site. It forces you to vote on a battle, but it doesnt make you vote 'bad'. We need it if you want things to run smoothly and battles to get voted on.

yea i've tried this before as well .. and people ended up leaving becuz they had to vote on other battles before they could even battle for themselves..although i suppose we can try it again

I think you should consider reforming the battle rules for example you need 5 votes to win a battle. granted it makes the battles fair and equally judged. I don't think there's even 5 people that come online. I think whichever battle emcee is voted 3 times, wins the battle or something along the lines to make the battles move along faster. I have 4 battles open right now. I want to call more people out but they'll never be a winner for them. Kind of hard to keep battles going with this delay.

Well its 3-0 ko and a lot more then 5 people come online, about 22 a day, its just the fact of getting votes on the battles.
