dont bother crying out for help, nobodys lending,
assistance for you when i tear up your tendon,
in effect seperating bone from your muscle,
were rolling on the ground, but dont think its a tussle,
in the blink of an eye, ive tied you up in rope,
leave you laying there, stealing not a thing but your hope,
sending a blow to your liver, theres no way you could dodge it,
lyrical bullet, back of your heads where ill lodge it,
bad vision from a messed up occipital lobe,
with a jagged weapon i then proceed to probe
your anatomy, with my toolbox full of essentials,
dont worry, i wont mess up, i got credentials,
put your eyes and brain in a clean container,
so you can watch me, to the full extent, botch your remainder,
to clean up the disease, ill use an antiseptic,
disgusting, to eat ill have to use something peptic.
