says may result and can result, doesn't mean it WILL result..but yea it should be 3-1 if they were late.. i didn't check the time before posting this.. then that just means it'll take longer..

although wat i dont get is how this battle got votes so quickly yet there's better battles that include me that been waiting for votes for a while now.. a long while..

umm as far as the re-evaluation goes.. those who already voted shouldn't be able to vote again... ( wouldn't make much sense to)...n e ways i'm not taking part in this.. considering either way i vote "may" lead to disturbance lol.. so fuck it.. just leavin some input

btw i got a callout for u rell, might consider acceptin that one if u wanna void any dickriding or hate votes towards or against..

-HOUSE Deadline Rules-

For every DAY you're late after deadline, a vote is automatically added against you.
Once it's 3-0 In other words 3 DAYS late, then you're disqualified.

1st off we weren't a DAY late of our deadline...we posted 2 hours after the 24 hour time frame (24 hours starts after the final check-in which was Domino's check). House deadline rules even state that for every DAY (24 hours in a day..count it if you don't believe)...you get a vote counted against you. We weren't a day late...so technically you don't get a vote. If you were to get a vote...they should change the house deadline rules to a person getting 1 vote their way for every HOUR that an opponent fails to meet the deadline. Considering Domino and I are on 2 completely different sides of the world and have different schedules as far as sleep and daily agenda...we made excellent time and still posted within the required dead-line in addition to following house deadline rules.

As for the pics...we didn't post a pic until almost 12 hours after you placed one up. TWICE. This was a text battle...not an image battle. So our images used were used as visual aids for our dropped verse because hell...if you can do it then so can we. We originally weren't even thinkin about using any type of pics.

As for posts deleted. I deleted anything that was a free-post and I even announced it that I did so in the battle thread because the bickering was getting out of hand. After the battle was said and done and Viral updated the battle records and everything...HQ posted the score as 3-1, but the thread remained closed. I asked her on msn why she would do that if the battle was already over. She said because Rell told her that he gets a vote for us supposedly dropping late. Once a explained to her the house rule deadline of 24 hrs being late gives you a vote...a few minutes later her post was gone. I didn't delete it...so I assumed she did since the only people online at that time were me, her, Plex and Big P.

You lost fair and square. No hate votes...no dick-ride votes. A bruised ego hardly justifies your request for re-evaluation or re-opening the battle.

Everyone has the right to get a battle reevaluated. Especially one that has this much contention.

I'll see what I can't do to get an outside unbiased panel to vote.

I agree completely that moderators shouldn't use their powers to compromise any situation.
(I still don't think it's right for Rell to post that pic)

Kurse & Dom, if both of you think that you won the battle then you should have no problem with this reevaluation, and leave it alone.

I've asked people who they thought won, and have got some people who said Rell. So it's definitely a debatable situation.

We have this system in place because battles can be closed before a wide variety of Illest demographic (skill level,etc.) has had a chance to vote. That's the reason, it doesn't imply that all votes are dickriding, hate votes, etc.

If the person doesn't feel they got a fair shot. It's simple as that, post it in this section. Don't go fucking bitching at people around the site calling them "niggers" or stupid.

I feel like preaching because NOBODY on this site wants to hear it anymore. We have a solid structure built around giving everyone an equal shot.

Calling you out on wackness....

Most people involved in this battle have bitched to ME at some point in this battle.

Notice we are trying to enjoy the perks of Illest, not dwell on the bs.

Everyone always goes on about the vets would say this and the vets would say that. Who are these vets?- Ice Cube, Nas, Rakim? Nah some dude sittin at his computer screen. Fair enough they are probably the best people to judge but as far as im concerned every vote in this battle was explained. I cant remember who all voted but they were all reasonable votes imo.
