I got this problem... as fast as it settled in, I couldn't solve it../
Fumbled with it, the puzzle wouldn't fit.. I swear, I could've lost it../
I did lose it,.. at least that's what the voice tells me../
Sick of holdin' on to this spliff when all else fails me.../
Nothin' left to tell me, .. my ears are blind, only my eyes hear you../
Watch my sound, it's captured out-loud, lonely like the sky see's you../

We nevered mattered, thoughts gathered like a chained box../
It explained lots, I studied things I didn't understand../
The out come was too much for me, just like my lovers hands../
..This ones for me and the shadow that never made it../
The waters shallow, tried to follow, I can't replace it../
Tried to re-trace it and the pencil broke../
Threatnin' whispers like my mental spoke.../
Hummed a chorus to these familiar melodies../
Til I was calmed to sleep from happier memories../
